KARLIE KLOSS & JOURDAN DUNN TOGETHER AGAIN FOR LIU JO
Karlie Kloss and Jourdan Dunn together again for Liu Jo: the two super-social top models are the stars in the brand’s Autumn/Winter 2016 campaign. Jourlie, as they like to call each other, true friends who understand each other in real life and on set, perfectly embody the new, important Liu Jo concept for the forthcoming cold season: #strongtogether. The strong and brand-new claim, consistent with the brand’s soul, is a major evolution on #viceversa, the thinking behind last season’s campaign. #strongtogether is built on women’s unique and special strength, the value of friendship that turns into support, sharing. As is the case between the two models, two professionals, two women who show the way a female bond can grow stronger and more defined. And be cemented into something unique, rare. As proof that together you are #strongtogether. "We support each other all the time. Sometimes, as women, we are much stronger than we think, but it’s easier to win together, of course it is", the two models point out. Shot in London in April by US photographer Christian MacDonald, the campaign expresses precisely that mood: the focus is on the two models, the atmosphere is warm, homely; Karlie’s and Jourdan’s natural coolness is reflected in a mix of elegant and modern, easy-chic and smooth femininity: the Liu Jo woman for A/W 2016. In this season, Karlie and Jourdan work together like a musical duo in the photos of the Black Label, the main collection. Jourdan stars in the White Label alone, while Karlie acts in the Blue Denim, which will be launching a brand-new item in July: the Amazing Fit, the new bi-stretchy Bottom Up by Liu Jo that have a perfect fit, that shape and enhance the silhouette in slim and sexy curves.
