GENERAL

These general rules determine the terms of use of FASHION COMPANY Loyalty card program, whose publisher is Fashion Company doo, Bulevar Mihaila Pupina 115b, 11070 Novi Beograd, Serbia.

 

Some terms used in these general rules have the following meaning:

 

The holder is any person who fills in the access statement (all mandatory information must be filled in) and is given to the Loyalty card FASHION COMPANY. Loyalty cards of FASHION COMPANY can be used at selected stores in Serbia

CARD

FASHION COMPANY loyalty card is a card of convenience that gives its owners additional benefits that can be used when buying at the selected stores of Fashion Company in Serbia.

 

A list of selected Fashion Company stores in which the card holder can use the FASHION COMPANY loyalty card can be found on the internet portal www.fashioncompany.rs, as well as at selected stores.

HOLDER

The Loyalty card FASHION COMPANY can be obtained by any person older than 15 years with residence in the territory of the Republic of Serbia, which fulfills the access statement (all mandatory information on the access statement must be filled in) at one of the points of sale included in the Loyalty program FASHION COMPANY.

 

A certain person becomes a member of FASHION COMPANY Loyalty Program with the signing of an access statement, provided that all mandatory information on the access statement is filled in. By signing an access statement, the individual confirms that he / she agrees with these general rules.

 

It also agrees that the data can be entrusted to the contracted data processor, Fashion Company doo, Bulevar Mihaila Pupina 115b, Novi Beograd.

 

After issuing FASHION COMPANY loyalty card, the holder of this card becomes a member of the loyalty program FASHION COMPANY. Membership in the program is voluntary and free, and every member is entitled, in accordance with these general rules, to leave FASHION COMAPNY at any time.

 

Individual persons can only get one loyalty card FASHION COMPANY. A person with the same data (name, surname, address, date of birth) of the already existing card holder can not obtain a new FASHION COMPANY loyalty card.

 

The Loyalty Card of FASHION COMPANY is not portable and can only be used by card holders. FASHION COMPANY may, at the place where the holder of the benefits card performs the purchase, request a personal document from the holder of this card, through which he identifies the holder of the card of benefits

PUBLISHER / MANAGER

The publisher and owner of the loyalty card is FASHION COMPANY d.o.o., Bulevar Mihaila Pupina 115b, 11070 Novi Beograd.

 

The publisher, FASHION COMPANY doo, is obligated to provide, use, process and maintain the collected personal data in accordance with the Rules and Regulations of the applicable Law on Personal Data Protection of the RS, (“Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia” No. 97/2008, 104 / 2009), with which the physical person agrees with their free and serious will, which is confirmed by a personal signature on the access statement

 

The publisher reserves the right to change the rules, cancel the Loyalty program and revoke cards. All changes are publicly announced on the internet portal www.fashioncompany.rs/loyalty  and are valid from the date of such an online publication. If the owner uses the card after the published changes, he means that he agrees with them.

 

The publisher reserves the right to assign, change and cancel additional credit ratings on his own.

PERSONAL DATA

The Loyalty card of FASHION COMPANY can be obtained by a person, provided that it is older than 15 years with residence in the territory of the Republic of Serbia and that the FASHION COMPANY application contains the required personal data: name, surname, address of residence, country of residence, sex and at the same time FASHION COMPANY doo, Bulevar Mihaila Pupina 115b, New Belgrade, as the data collector, processing his personal data and data on his purchases at FASHION COMPANY sales points, in accordance with the Law on Personal Data Protection (“Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia” No. 97/2008 , 104/2009) in the manner described in point 5.1.

PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

A member of FASHION COMPANY Loyalty program, by signing on the access statement, confirms / allows the publisher to check all the information given in the access statement when issuing the card and can electronically process them. The buyer is responsible for the truthfulness and accuracy of all the above data on all forms related to the use of the loyalty card FASHION COMPANY.

 

In addition to the information provided by the holder of the benefits card when completing an access statement, the following data that will be collected by the operator the purchase are all the data from the paragon of the block (account): the place of purchase, the place of purchase, the place, the discount , quantity of product, price, value of goods, amount of account.

 

The data of the card holders can be sent to the contracted processors of the personal data collection manager, who processes personal data about the holder on his account and on his behalf. In addition to FASHION COMPANY, the contracting processors, for example, have companies sending card SMS / MMS, which maintain the software and data base of the operator, with which person agrees with their free and serious will, which confirms by signature on the access statement.

 

The loyalty card holder  of FASHION COMPANY agrees that its personal data and data on purchases are stored in the central database FASHION COMPANY d.o.o., at the headquarters of the company Bulevar Mihaila Pupina 1115b, 11070 Novi Beograd, Serbia.

 

All personal data, as well as data on completed purchases, will be regularly analyzed and the publisher will use them for segmentation, preparation of custom / individual offers, study of consumer habits, surveying, assigning additional benefits and direct marketing. Likewise, the contact information of the loyalty card FASHION COMPANY will also be used to notify about promotional offers and other activities of FASHION COMPANY doo, related companies and their business partners

 

The personal data manager may, for the abovementioned purposes, process personal data of the loyalty card holder FASHION COMPANY d.o.o. which arise from a particular legal basis and for the purpose of fulfilling their contractual obligations to the same individual from other legal bases and for the purpose of negotiating for concluding other legal bases with the same individual.

 

Personal data of the loyalty card holder may be associated with the data of other cardholder’s beneficiaries and processed for the abovementioned purposes.

 

The loyaty card holder, when completing the access statement, confirms that he / she is aware of his / her right to require the operator to update, delete the data, as well as to terminate and suspend the processing of personal data in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act by which the physical person agrees with his free and serious will, which is confirmed by his personal signature on the access statement.

 

Data collection is voluntary. If an individual does not want to leave his information, which is stated in the access statement as mandatory, to the operator, he can not get the loyalty card FASHION COMPANY.

 

The Loyalty Card holder may, at any time, in writing or in any other manner agreed, require the data administrator to discontinue, permanently or temporarily, to use his e-mail or telephone number for the purpose of direct marketing. The personal data controller is obliged to adequately prevent the use of personal data for the purpose of direct marketing within 15 days, and inform the holder of the loyalty card requesting it within the next 5 days, in written form or in another agreed manner. The data on the e-mail address or the cardholder’s phone number, which are managed in the computer system, are then deleted, while the card holder’s access statement remains stored in the FASHION COMPANY d.o.o. The cardholder may, despite requests to prevent the use of an e-mail address or phone number for the purpose of direct marketing, to use all the benefits he owns as a member of the Loyalty Program.

 

In case the holder has a written statement, sent by mail to the operator’s headquarters or by e-mail at customerervice@fashioncompany.rs, she/he requests the termination of the use of all his personal data, that is, those who are considered obligatory, for the purpose of direct marketing, the loyalty card manager FASHION COMPANY will remove it from the card holders database and its card will no longer be valid at FASHION COMPANY sales points, with which the physical person agrees with their free and serious will, which is confirmed by a personal signature on the access statement.

 

Personal data holder may retain personal information about the cardholder and data on individual purchases for a maximum of 10 years after the card has expired, and 10 years after each purchase.

BENEFITS

Loyalty card of FASHION COMPANY ltd operates on the principle of collecting the value of all purchases. Every regular purchase is entered into the computer system. When a loyalty card holder of FASHION COMPANY achieves a higher credit rating than its current one in its purchases in one prudent year, the amount of discounts is calculated according to the applicable rating table of FASHION COMPANY Loyalty Program. When a card holder reaches a higher credit rating, the total value of the next purchase is recognized as the new discount amount that is stored on the card until he reaches a higher rating.

  • Benefites of Fashion Company Loyalty program can also be used for online shopping on Fashion & Friends (fashionandfriends.rs).
  • For the renewal of cards with discount categories of 15% and 20%, it is necessary to spend the amount of the card issuing limit in any of the two years in which it is valid.
  • * in RSD counter value at the middle exchange rate of the NBS on the day of the transaction
  • The Loyalty Card does not apply during discounts and sales.

 

The rating period in which the holder collects the value of the purchase and thus compete for reaching a higher rating class is limited to a period of one year. After forming (charging) the loyalty card in the first year of use, the discount is formed on the basis of the annual average on the day of using the card.

 

When paying cash, you need to show the loyalty card FASHION COMPANY. Enrollment is no longer possible, and it is also not possible to use the discounts later. Without the attached loyalty card, FASHION COMPANY can not be used for any other benefits..

 

Notwithstanding the above provision, FASHION COMPANY d.o.o. reserves the right to award additional credit to some individuals in their own judgment

Additional amenities

The Loyalty card of FASHION COMPANY also provides various short-term benefits that are individually tailored to the data in the access statement and / or purchasing data of each cardholder individually

 

Individual custom offers can be sent to the holders of the Loyalty Card FASHION COMPANY by phone, sms / mms and e-mail, or are published on the internet portal www.fashioncompany.rs.

 

The publisher reserves the right to assign and cancel additional bonuses and benefits according to personal assessment.

TERMS OF USE OF FASHION COMPANY LOYALTY CARD

Before paying the goods, it is necessary to show FASHION COMPANY loyalty card on the cash register. Later registration of the purchase is not possible, and later it is not possible to use discounts or other benefits

 

The card does not apply during seasonal discounts (sales), nor to selected products that are on the action. The value of purchased, reduced products is added to the suspected purchase on the card.

 

In case of technical problems or more force that disables the operation of computer systems, the rating system does not work and then it is not possible to use the benefits of the loyaty card of FASHION COMPANY.

 

FASHION COMPAY ltd. Belgrade shall not be held liable for any possible damage that may be suffered by the card holders in case of technical problems or force majeure that impedes the operation of the computer systems.

PORTAL

The Internet portal www.fashioncompany.rs contains an entry point on which the holder of the FALCONY FOLDING COMPANY can track its transactions, card balance, and benefits.

Access to a personal profile on the Internet portal is possible by entering the card number as a user name and e-mail address in the access statement as a password –loyalty.fashioncompany.rs

DATA CHANGE

In the event that the cardholder changes the personal information that he stated in the access statement, he / she is obliged to register the change of data within 30 days from the occurrence of the change, by e-mail to the e-mail address: customerservice@fashioncompany.rs.

CARD REPLACEMENT

Loss or theft of the loyalty card please email customerservice@fashioncompany.rs  The publisher will send you a new card no later than 20 days after the registration is received.

In the case that the loyalty card FASHION COMPANY is alienated to the owner, the publisher does not assume responsibility for the use of benefits by a third party.

TERMINATION OF MEMBERSHIP

The Loyalty Card of FASHION COMPANY applies to the written revocation of the publisher or to the receipt of a statement by the holder in accordance with item 5.1. The Loyalty Card holder of FASHION COMAPNY may, at any time, in writing, sent by post to the publisher’s headquarters referred to in the preceding paragraph, or by e-mail to the email: customerservice@fashioncompany.rs, request that FASHION COMPANY ceases to use the information in the ways and for the purposes stated in that statement, and thus withdraw from FASHION COMPANY Loyalty Program and renounce the ownership of the Loyalty Card and all the benefits deriving from it.

 

In spite of termination of membership, the personal data manager may keep some information about the individual for a maximum of 10 years (general limitation period) after the expiration of membership.

PUBLICATION OF THE RULES

These rules apply from the date of publication on the internet portal www.fashioncompany.rs/loyalty.

 

The publisher reserves the right to change the rules, terminate the Loyalty program of FASHION COMPANY and cancel the Loyalty Card. All changes are publicly announced on the internet portal and are valid from the date of such an Internet publication. If the holder uses the card after such changes, it means that he is in agreement with them, which is confirmed by a personal signature on the access statement.

 

Access to a personal profile on the Internet portal is possible by entering the card number as a user name and e-mail address in the access statement as a password – loyalty.fashioncompany.rs

 

By joining one of the programs, users receive a loyalty card with a certain loyalty scheme, which provides various benefits during the purchase (discount, scoring, sms notification of collections and actions, etc.).
