Fashion Park Outlet Center opened in Indjija In 2012. It is the first real outlet center in Serbia and the region. After more than 500 days of construction work involving 1,000 people, 65 stores of the world’s top brands have been available for visitors on 15,000 m2 of modern designed retail space, which will sell wardrobe, shoes and accessories at prices below 30 to all year round 70 percent.

An outlet is located near the E75 highway, and the city’s two largest cities in Belgrade and Novi Sad are less than 60 minutes drive away. In addition to the car, the first outlet can be reached by the regular bus lines of the Lasta freight transport company, which transport more than once every day.

Fashion Park Outlet Center is one of the largest investments realized in Serbia 2012. Since October 2010, when the construction began, EUR 25 million has been invested, and the total value of the investments when the project is completed will be 40 million euros. About 1,000 people worked for the construction of the project for which the indigenous company Energogroup was in charge. The investor is BlackOak Developments, the financial institution that monitored the project is UniCredit Bank, and the operator is British GVA Outlets, one of the most well-known European outlet operators. One of the owners is Fashion Company Serbia.
