“Fashion Show SUPERDRY – United Kingdom in Serbia” – Superdry presents Fall/Winter 25/26 collection
In the beautiful garden of the British Ambassador’s residence in Serbia, the fashion event “Fashion Show SUPERDRY – United Kingdom in Serbia” took place, organized by the British Embassy, Fashion Company, and the Fabrika agency.
The highlight of the evening was the runway show of the British brand Superdry, which presented its latest Fall/Winter 25/26 collection to the local audience. The collection showcased the brand’s signature blend of British design and urban style, for which Superdry is renowned worldwide, and delighted all guests in attendance.
At the opening of the event, H.E. Mr. Edward Ferguson, Ambassador of the United Kingdom to Serbia, addressed the audience, stating among other things:
*“On the first day of London Fashion Week, we are here in Belgrade to celebrate fashion as a way of connecting people across borders of geography, language, and culture. Fashion is an important part of the modern British economy and represents our largest creative industry.
Superdry is an icon of British fashion and the British high street. From its humble beginnings at a market stall in Cheltenham, England, today Superdry has grown into a global presence with high-quality, contemporary, and sustainable products, including here in Belgrade. This fashion show reflects exactly the kind of relationship we want to build with Serbia: modern, positive, and forward-looking.”*
On behalf of Fashion Company, Marketing Director Ana Rajić addressed the guests, extending a warm welcome to all and expressing special thanks to H.E. Mr. Edward Ferguson and his wife Caroline for their hospitality.
Just before the show began, guests were also greeted by Vesna Mandić, Director of the Fabrika agency.
The atmosphere of the evening was enhanced by a carefully crafted production that transformed the Ambassador’s garden into an elegant fashion stage. With thoughtfully curated music and ambient lighting, guests enjoyed a unique fusion of British charm and Belgrade spirit—both during the runway presentation and at the cocktail reception that followed.
The guest list included numerous representatives of the diplomatic corps, celebrities, members of the fashion and cultural scene, media, and public figures, lending the event additional prestige and importance. Among those in attendance were actors Svetlana Ceca Bojković, Vjera Mujović, Anja Alač, Stevan Piale, Tamara Šustić, Ivana Zarić, singer Ana Stanić, opera singer Jadranka Jovanović, fashion designers Verica Rakočević, Igor Todorović, Tamara Jarić, painter Vuk Vidor, composer Aleksandar Simić, as well as many bloggers and influencers.
One of the most striking aspects of the evening was the carefully selected audience—an urban, cultured Belgrade crowd—who fully enjoyed the sophisticated atmosphere.
The special charm of the evening was felt not only during the fashion show but also at the cocktail reception, thanks to the warm hospitality of the British Ambassador, H.E. Mr. Edward Ferguson, and his wife Caroline.
This event once again confirmed Belgrade’s growing status as a significant point on the regional fashion map, with ample space for the continued presentation of global trends and brands.
